Return and Refund Policy – FLEXIPRO
At FLEXIPRO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If that's not the case, we've put in place a simple and transparent return and refund policy.
1. Return Window (30 Days)
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, without needing to provide a reason.
To request a return, simply contact us by email at contact@flexipro-tools.com, indicating:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- Your full name
2. Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.)
- Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team after your request
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
If a returned product is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or apply a partial deduction
4. Non-Refundable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used. These exceptions, if any, are indicated directly on the product page.
5. Defective Products or Delivery Errors
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@flexipro-tools.com with:

- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product concerned
We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or a full refund.
